Luvvie is our go-to Black girl for social good, a belly laugh, and calling us out on our BS – including the most recent example in her fear-fighting manuscript, The Professional Troublemaker. An author, speaker, and digital strategist, Luvvie has a lot of gems to share, and a fun personality to match!

Evoking deep thought and introspection through powerful words 

Amanda is a poet and activist many have come to know through her recitation at the 2021 Presidential Inauguration. Her work tackles topics such as oppression, feminism, racism and more, bringing to light personal experiences, but also solutions. Her words inspire. As the first person to be named National Youth Poet Laureate, and a published author at only 23 years old, she’s definitely a woman to watch!

As a certified Financial Education Instructor, investor, speaker, and founder/CEO of Clever Girl Finance, she’s dedicated to helping her audience improve their finances and financial literacy through blogging, books, a podcast and more! Her focus? Women! Bola’s Clever Girl Finance platform primarily aims to empower women to take charge of their personal finances and acquire real wealth.

 

 

Inspirational Women - Eunique Jones Gibson

EUNIQUE JONES GIBSON

A talented photographer, author and activist, Eunique’s work has been making a positive impact for years. She’s the creator of Because of Them We Can –  originally a 28-day photo campaign in which children portrayed iconic Black history figures of the past and present. Today, the campaign has evolved into a movement that provides content and tools that help their audience embrace, amplify, and exude Black excellence on a daily basis.

 

 

Inspirational Women - Shalleen-Kaye Jones

Shalleen-Kaye is a licensed hairstylist that bridges the gap between the DIY naturalist and the beauty professional.
